CENTRE REGIONAL FRANÇOIS BACLESSE (CRFB)
The François Baclesse Cancer Center includes a resource center for hadron therapy (ARCHADE project), one proton accelerator (pencil beam scanning S2C2) for medical applications, and a prototype of superconducting cyclotron for light ions therapy currently under design. The CRFB also deals with advanced photon technology and is associated with several research Platforms. It has numerous partnerships with the Caen University hospital and has solid experience in oncology. It is linked with the Caen University Medical School.
CRFB participates with clinical data collection for constitution of the registry of paediatric cancer patients treated with modern therapy (WP2).
