CEA is a French research institute that includes CEA-LIST, a key software, systems and technology unit, working on societal and economic implications. Through its Metrology, Instrumentation and Information Department (DM2I), CEA-LIST houses the infrastructure DOSEO, dedicated. to studies and services in the fields of radiation therapy and medical imaging, and hosting 2 medical accelerators, 1 scanner, brachytherapy equipment, and facilities for hosting of collaborating researchers.

CEA leads HARMONIC activities on estimating doses from imaging procedures performed in the framework of cancer treatment (WP4).
